- Recap
of waitlist process:
The
top priority for CF Kids is to provide safe care for all children entrusted to
us. For this reason, we maintain strict adult-to-child ratios, and make sure we
comply with capacity regulations set by the Fire Marshall.
Because
of this, sometimes we have more kids apply than we can safely accommodate, at
least initially. At registration, if spaces are full, parents will have the
option of adding their child to a wait list. While understandably frustrating,
this is not a bad thing, as it helps us plan for the staff we'll need to bring
in. Adding a child to the wait list is an indicator of need, and does not
guarantee that a spot will become available.
We’ve
found that after the first few weeks, attendance tends to drop a bit, which can
open spaces for other families, which means time spent on the waitlist is
usually not too long. If/when spots become available, we will advise the
parents and add children from the wait list on a first-come, first-served
basis.
- “Day
of” waitlist –
Every
morning and evening we have a day of waitlist, any member is welcome to put
their name on this list (must be on campus) each day or evening they attend,
and 15 minutes after the study starts we will release spots of any registered
child that does not show up to “Day of” waitlist on a first come first serve
basis.
WEDNESDAY EVENING Including Single Moms
We’re excited to be a part of
your ministry and look forward to working with you and meeting your families.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
